AVKN Premium Thumb Tape has versatile use. It can be used during workouts in the gym, weightlifting, or in gymnastics. In these cases, it will primarily serve as finger protection. Thanks to this, you will be able to perform better. The added glue and water-resistant material will ensure that your hands will stay in place. Staying in place is usually a problem when it comes to other tapes, which are adhesive only to themselves. AVKN tape can also be used to strengthen joints. The advantage is stretchable material and therefore does it not completely restrict the movement of the fingers, which is necessary for most sports at least to some extent.

For maximum effectiveness of the tape, keep your hands dry and clean before applying.
